Breakfast
1 egg
1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoons water
Place a pan on a burner on medium heat.
Wait for the pan to be hot enough for water to sizzle quickly when dripped onto it.
Add butter to the pan and use it to cover the bottom as it melts.
Crack an egg into the pan.
Add a small amount of water to the pan and cover.
The egg is done once all the clear parts are gone and it slides around the pan easily, this should take around 30 seconds.
When cooking multiple eggs at a time, cook a little longer and use a little more water.
